Hilarious! The free weights area at the gym was DESERTED this afternoon. In other news, I'm back to curling 30 lbs per arm :)

Had a bunch of flat parsley that was too tough to enjoy on its own- The solution was to make Chimichurri, a delicious Argentinian green sauce! Had it on cold chicken, planning for the rest over fried fish. Yum!

2 sets of 10! (the 3rd set was a 50-lb. barbell, i was getting a little wobbly)

Nice job. I should get myself a set of weights, though where I would put them, I'm not sure. Guess I should just stick to the pull-up bar.

Sounds like you're doing well with pullups! I just now started doing wide-grip pullups unassisted. (can manage about 6).

Haha, no, I haven't used my pull-up bar in a while. I guess I should start using it again, though. :)
