zilyaAs you may have heard, the ground floor apartment in my place in Malden will become available this summer (for Aug 1st rental? or Sept 1.) That also means i may be spending part of July doing small refurbishments there. And it means it's a good thing we're not planning on going to Burning Man this year.
It' a modest 2-bedroom or a nice 1-br with study, good for a single professional or a young couple without too much stuff. Nice quiet neighborhood near the Melrose line, 15-min. walk to Oak Grove T, small shady yard, wood floors, W/D hookup. Nice location for people working north of the city or taking the Orange line downtown!
