Apt available in Malden

As you may have heard, the ground floor apartment in my place in Malden will become available this summer (for Aug 1st rental? or Sept 1.) That also means i may be spending part of July doing small refurbishments there. And it means it's a good thing we're not planning on going to Burning Man this year.

It' a modest 2-bedroom or a nice 1-br with study, good for a single professional or a young couple without too much stuff. Nice quiet neighborhood near the Melrose line, 15-min. walk to Oak Grove T, small shady yard, wood floors, W/D hookup. Nice location for people working north of the city or taking the Orange line downtown!
